    That the readings are big enough to read. Lights up great. It came quickly, and great for the price. My husband has COPD, and he was asked to get it, by his Dr, to use everyday for his breathing. It has helped him to check his breathing. Would recommend it.

    Received this handy device yesterday, pretty quick delivery, and immediately put it to use. The carrying case is awesome as well as the lanyard, easy to use and has very easy to read display. With all the concerns around Covid this device along with a contact less thermometer is a must to keep in the house. Great value.

    With telemedicine appointments becoming the rule rather than the exception, having the ability to provide a full set of vitals to the doctor gives them the information they need to make decisions about medications etc. This little gizmo works just like the one at the doctor's office. I have no way to measure accuracy, but neither does the doctor's office. I wish the instructions had been just a little bit more clear in terms of how to put the batteries in but other than that I have no complaints. Great little device! One person found this helpful

    At first it would give me inconsistent readings (I’m pretty healthy and was getting sats in the 70s/60s) but after a few days of testing I learned that I have to wait until the double lines show up after turning it on and then sticking my finger in. Your finger has to be well placed to the top. For people with long nails, this may create an interference. Anyways, so far it gives me accurate readings after I made these adjustments.

    I ordered this oximeter because this brand was recommended. Product price is a little high but it was delivered quickly. It works great and has a travel pouch. I bought because of Covid-19 but will also take it with me to Breckenridge, CO where I get altitude sickness.

    The product appeared to work and do what its supposed to do. At rest I get readings of 95-100 and a pulse of 50 -65 (my pulse really is that low at times). After lifting weights briefly and breathing hard, the pulse is above 100 and the O2 drops into the 80s before returning to 95 plus. My only reservation is that I have no way to check it against a known good machine. But from what I can see it works and works well.

    I usually don't write reviews, but because I look for reviews before buying any product, I decided to write a review on this item. Great thing to keep track of oxygen levels for the whole family. Easy to use and very compact. He fits in my bag and I can go to work with him. I really recommend it.

    I can't speak to it's oxygen accuracy since I have nothing to compare it to but it seems to be. When I take deep breaths the reading will go up. Pulse is accurate or very close to my pulse when I measure it on my blood pressure machine. Easy to use. Works well and automatically shuts off.

    I bought it for a friend that was just diagnosed with COVID 19. When she asked me to find one oximeter and saw how long it will take, I was afraid that it would arrived too late but it came 3 days after and worked well (I tried it before giving it to be sure)

    I test my own oxygen level. With certain allergies it is low. And with inhaler my blood pressure is elevated. Trying to get a happy medium. It's very easy to use and read. Reads the same as the doctor's office.

    I am a cover 19 patient. I have cover pneumonia. my respiratory doctor said that I should keep track of my oxygen levels and heart rate. This oximeter is the same type as used by doctors and nurses and I think this one is faster than all the others I have seen. I love it!!

    It's my first ever fingertip pulse oximeter and I'm very happy with the device as It's very easy to use for people with little or zero experience. All you need to do is to slide in your finger in the hinge, turn on the device and wait for couple of seconds and the results will be displayed on screen...........So simple. Design, Shape & colors of the device are also very attractive......Definitely recommend

    Easy to use. Gives quick readings. I am asthmatic and my Dr. recommended me getting one. A reading of 94% and up are good for me. Just a note, make sure your fingers are room temperature. Cold fingers don't provide an accurate result. And keep finger steady, no movement. Always read directions. Also comes with a case and lanyard.

    Just put in the batteries that come with it and it is ready to use. I checked it against the pulse oximeter in doctors office and it is 100% accurate.
